Delete your own account here without reinstalling the app. Enter its phone number or email and current password to prove account ownership.
What happens when you delete
- Sign-in stops, sessions and push registrations are revoked, and marketing is withdrawn. Searching, accepted and travelling requests are cancelled.
- Identifying profile data is scheduled for erasure after 30 days. Active work, payment reviews, non-zero wallet balances or retention holds delay some erasure. Limited transaction records may remain for reconciliation, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
- Deletion does not automatically complete a service, settle a payment, issue a refund or erase funds or debt. Open services/payments, pending deposits/withdrawals and positive or negative wallet balances create a support review for administrative resolution.
