Sa3tak

Terms of Service

Operator and service coverage

These Terms cover use of Sa3tak, operated by HATEC, to request and provide hourly services and reservations. Egypt is the initial service market. Account holders must be at least 18 years old.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect credentials and use only your own account. Do not impersonate others, abuse requests/messages, upload unlawful content, bypass verification or payment controls, or access another person’s private data. Account approval and identity-document review are not a representation of professional licensing, background clearance or guaranteed service quality.

Bookings and reservations

Clients select a category, service and address and may choose a professional or auto assignment. A professional can accept or decline; searching is not a confirmed acceptance. Future reservations are separate from immediate bookings. Availability and distance are estimates based on reported location/service areas. Arrival requires the client’s code and the app’s location check. Do not share the start/return code until the relevant event and displayed terms are understood.

Pricing, materials and payment

The first labour hour is a minimum charge even if less time is worked; after that, recorded elapsed time is billed at the agreed hourly rate. The service timer continues during an authorized materials trip. Itemized materials and the applicable materials service fee are added separately. Company commission is a professional-side deduction, not a second client labour charge. Displayed booking/receipt snapshots and administrator-configured fees govern the calculation. Review the rate before sharing the start code and agree material items/budget before purchase. Cash and manually reviewed wallet transfers are supported; card payment and recurring subscriptions are not implemented.

Cancellation, disputes and regulated work

Use the cancellation action where available before work starts. For work already started, billing disagreements, refunds or transfer problems use Support; interface restrictions do not waive rights available under applicable law. Do not use Sa3tak for emergency response. Medical, teaching, child-care and other regulated categories require jurisdiction-specific licensing, safeguarding, insurance and contractual review before commercial launch. The current code does not establish those approvals. The operator intends to offer all listed categories in Egypt, including medical, teaching and care; listing a category does not establish licensing, professional qualifications or approval to deliver regulated services.

Content, availability and changes

Upload only content you have permission to use. No specific uptime, matching time, revenue, safety outcome or error-free operation is guaranteed. We have not finalized liability limits, professional employment/contractor status or jurisdiction-specific consumer provisions; these require legal review and must not be inferred from this draft. Material policy changes need an updated version and appropriate notice/acknowledgement.

Withdrawal fee and refunds

Unused deposited wallet balance can be requested for withdrawal through supported methods, subject to available funds and manual review. A 1.3% withdrawal fee is deducted from the requested gross amount, rounded to the nearest piastre: 100 EGP debited, 1.30 EGP fee, 98.70 EGP received. No recurring subscription exists. HATEC does not offer discretionary completed-task refunds, subject to mandatory consumer rights and correction of genuine billing errors. The intended rule for an incomplete wallet-paid task is return of an actual service debit to the app wallet, not automatic external cash repayment. Current service checkout is cash-only; wallet service-payment/refund execution is not yet implemented.

Personal data and mandatory rights

Using a requested service requires the limited data explained in Privacy. Accepting Terms or acknowledging Privacy does not authorize unrelated processing, replace any separate consent required by law, or waive mandatory privacy/consumer rights. Marketing is optional. Access, correction, objection, restriction, consent-withdrawal and deletion requests can be made through privacy controls in Settings, subject to applicable rules and identity verification.
